State Sen. Mitch Seabaugh (R- Sharpsburg) will hold a Town Hall meeting in Newnan starting at 6 p.m. on Monday, March 3 at the Newnan Chamber of Commerce, located at 23 Bullsboro Drive.  During this meeting Sen. Seabaugh will discuss legislation being considered in the General Assembly.
